INJURY WAIVER: I, the student or the parent/legal guardian on behalf of the student, acknoledges and is fully cognizant of all the inherent dangers in connection with the execution of Martial Arts and acknowledges that the execution of Martial Arts requires physical exertion and contact, and realizes that there is a risk of physical injury which may be incurred while engaged in this activity. I, the student or the parent/legal guardian on behalf of the student, hereby waive any and all claims for physical injury in connection with the training at the school, as well as Maududo Federation Events, Staff, Volunteers, Instrcutors, or anyone in connection with teaching, Owners and its affiliates while training, or engaging in any martial arts. I, the student Parent/Legal Guardian on behalf of the student expressly assumes all the risk and dangers and/or injury inherent to The Martial Arts.
